I think it’s fair to say that all of us have suffered at some point with low self-esteem in one area or more of our lives. I know I have. Learning about how to build my own self-esteem is what led me to work as a Coach and Teacher, helping others to build theirs.

I know it’s possible, and anyone who wants to improve their self-esteem can. Building your self-esteem is easier the more you do it. So finding some easy and quick fixes helps a lot.

Here are 3 Quick and Easy Fixes you can use today to raise your self-esteem:

  1. Focus on what you like about yourself. Find 5 things that you love, like or think are okay, and write them down. No excuses you can do this. Ignore anything you start to think about that isn’t something you love, like or think is okay.
  2. Imagine or find yourself a “worry” box, and for one day place all the things you’re worried about in the box. You can do this in your imagination or write out your worries on slips of paper and put them in an actual box. For one whole day let the worries take care of themselves that means you’re not allowed to think about them all day!
  3. Smile for one whole minute! Set a timer or stop watch at a minute and then sit comfortably with the biggest smile you can muster plastered on your face. You’re not smiling big enough, if your face isn’t hurting by the end of the minute!

Make these 3 quick and easy fixes part of your life and you will notice how quickly you can get yourself on the road to higher self-esteem.
